1.The removal skills of the slewing bearing seal strip are as follows:

（1）Clean the entire sealing strip installation groove and remove oil stains;

（2）Prepare the new sealing strip according to the original required length and prepare a 502 adhesive in advance;

 （3）Use a straight screwdriver to slightly stretch the sealing strip that has been extended to an appropriate length and install it in the groove;

（4） Cut the joint into an oblique mouth and glue it with 502. After solidification, place it in the groove.

2.Warm reminder, oil leakage is not caused by the failure of the seal strip [the seal strip is to prevent dust from entering the bearing, and it is inevitable that the lubricating oil will be lost-the sealing force is not great], but the following reasons:

（1）The slewing bearing is over-lubricated;

（2）The equipment enters the river too deep, and the lubricating oil becomes moldy;

（3）The sealing of the hydraulic transmission system components is ineffective, causing the gear oil to enter the slewing bearing oil tank and overflow;

（4）The slewing bearing is too damaged;
